The New Year is the perfect time to start implementing new strategies to set off our best year yet. Join me in this endeavor to start clean in 2019 with the Gumsaba Clean 19 Challenge!
This challenge is an opportunity for you to learn about and try new ways to move toward a healthier and happier way of living. It is also about removing the obstacles that are getting in the way of attaining the fitness and health that you deserve.
The Gumsaba Clean 19 challenge starts on January 7th and ends on January 25th. Below are the guidelines for this 19 day endeavor. Beyond that, you can choose to keep the new strategies that you like, and discard the ones that don’t work for you.
GUMSABA CLEAN 19 CHALLENGE GUIDELINES
- Exercise every day for at least 45 minutes.
- Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water every day.
- Eat mindfully, avoid snacks unless planned as part of your day.
- Keep a daily log in my fitness pal
- Set your own S.M.A.R.T goal for the duration of the challenge.
You have the next few days to prepare for this 19 day reset. This is the time to clean out and toss junk food, buy whole, nutritious foods and get set up on my fitness pal. Encourage a friend or family member to do this with you – it will make it much more fun if you are in it together!
