Friends are always welcome to try out a class for free.  Just let us know who your friend is and what class they would like to attend.  If they sign up for a month (minimum of 2 days a week), you will get 25% OFF your next month!

It is helpful if  they bring a mat and weights, but if they don’t have them we can provide it for their first class. Please have your friend fill out the release of reliability prior to the class.
