The first part of change is knowing change needs to happen. If you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting. That may be great because you are doing awesome things, but if that’s not the case, then its time to accept the things that you want to change. It’s time to acknowledge that these things are just as much a part of your life as the things you love about your life. When we start on the road to change with acceptance, love and affection for ourselves we not only enhance our chance of success, but we actually might even enjoy the experiences that our changes bring. 

Next time you look at your life and wish you had something or were something else, change that thought. Its not putting you on the path to success, so why waste that energy? 

Wishing is great, but change doesn’t come from wishes. Change comes from accepting who we are and then deciding which steps take us toward a greater self worth and self love. Then putting our energy into that direction.

You are all amazing people with incredible potential. Never forget that you are what you think. Think amazing thoughts and make your world will be super duper awesome!
