Time bound workouts like this are great – you really can make them work best for you. So if that little twinge in your knee stops when you go a bit slower and focus on your form, do that. On the other hand, maybe your body is saying “I’m ready to pick up the pace”. If you have been holding back and your form is solid, then PICK IT UP! It takes more focus to move at a faster pace, so set your intention and stay focused on your goal through the FULL HOUR.
