No matter what else is going on, the weather is no excuse for missing your workouts these days in Cali! We started off with super strong attendance right at  the New Year, and this week class attendance dropped by about 5%! WHAT UP?! If you are sick we appreciate your keeping it to your self, but if not then let us regroup! Realize that the ball is in YOUR court and its time to HIT IT! Even if you don’t feel like going “all out” at camp you can still come and get a great workout. Even if you don’t feel like working out you CAN still do it. Commit to at least 3 days of camp per week for the rest of January and all of February. So help you, so help me,  MAKE IT HAPPEN! You will be happy that you did!
