In case you missed all the hype, today we “lost” an our because of Daylight Saving Time. It’s a darn shame I know, but that’s the way it goes. The history of Daylight Saving Time (DST) is pretty fascinating. Although it wasn’t introduced in the U.S. until 1918, the practice of adjusting daily schedules in accordance to the sun’s dates back to ancient civilizations. So, I have a hunch we’ll be stuck with DST for years to come. If you’re extra sleepy from the time change, here are a few Tips for Adjusting to DST.
