Intervals are 35 seconds with 5 seconds to switch exercises.

V crunch Rt
V crunch LT (see Rt)
mix up jumprope
repeat
run 400M

1/2 burpees
kettle bell swing
leg scissors
korean Jumping jack

repeat
run 800M

weighted walking lunge
push ups
L sit ups
mixup jumprope
repeat
run 400M
