Do the following set one time for time. My time was 21:30.
1) 10 Push Presses & 10 Double Crunches: repeat 10 rounds
2) 500 high knee skips on jumprope (beginners do 250 regular skips)
3) 50 Double toe touch Leg Raise
4) 500 high knee skips on jumprope (beginners do 250 regular skips)
5) 50 Kettle Bell swings.
