Todays workout is a 3 part cardio weights combo.
10 reps Lizard Push Up
10 Reps Thrusters
10 Reps 1/2 Burpee
1 suicide
REPEAT 3 rounds
10 Box Jumps or 10 each leg step up with weight
10 Kettle Bells
10 V crunches each side R & L
Skip rope 100 reps
Repeat 3X
10 (1 squat counts as 1) Prisoner Squats
10 Jumping Pull Ups (if you dont have a pull up bar substitute Jumping Lunges
10 Dips
Run 200 yards
Repeat 3X
