With all the good in life, why sweat the small stuff? Whether you want your whole life to be smooth sailing or you like a little curve, you really don’t have a choice. Getting hung up on the things that you can’t change is perpetual and it won’t stop being your habit until you realize it. We are what we practice daily; be kind in the face of anger, be truthful when most would lie, be loving when hate arises and most of all accept the truth!

The “small stuff” is there for us to better understand this world, this life, this moment. It is there to strengthen us. Don’t let it weaken you, don’t sweat it.  Be true to your higher self, realize that all you are given is a gift, and there are no gifts that you should turn away (even when they aren’t wrapped as you wish!).  You have the power to create the life you desire regardless of the little things that might get in the way. Don’t let any one situation decide your life for you, this life is in your hands.



Enjoy life for all of its “stuff”…for better or worse.
