  1. Exercise every day for at least 45 total minutes at any intensity above RHR. (Everything from a brisk walk to a hard core workout counts.)
  2. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day (140lbs = 70oz)

  5. Make a list of 5 or more things you want to accomplish this year. Be as specific as possible. 
  6. Sign up by Sunday 1/5/20 no later than 6pm
