Warm up well then set your timer for 10 mins
10 Push Ups
10 Box Jumps or Step Up knee
10 Plank Up downs
10 V ups
Do As Many Rounds As Possible
in 10 mins!
Then Run 2 miles for time.
Stretch for 10 minutes: Pigeon pose, quad stretch, hamstring stretch, shoulders & chest
