So much of our time is focused on the outcome of our work that often we forget to enjoy all of the good stuff that is happening right now!  Today I was able to take a 3 mile jog in the snow. My knee held up very well, though I did not push to run hard. I went slower than my usual gate, and though I always appreciate the surrounding mountains in South Lake, I noticed the smaller details that I had not before. I hope you all had a very lovely weekend with all of the goodness you so much deserve. This weeks program is shaping up to be a great full body sweat-fest, so don’t miss your Gumsaba workouts!
