Next week is Thanksgiving (already, WTH?)! I’m honored to give you the gift of BIG sweat that day, so join me for  the Cardio Blast at Monte Vista Football Field in Danville at 7am. Please park by the Tennis courts and meet on the field at 7 sharp. You only need a mat for this workout, no weights. I’ll have some equipment for you to use as well.
