And we love it. For real though, if it weren’t for the challenges that we face daily, the good times wouldn’t be half as special. When we challenge ourselves we grow and we are much better prepared to handle unexpected challenges that life presents daily.

Take TRX suspension training for example. If you have been doing the low plank on your elbows for some time, then try going up to your hands. Even if you fall you are growing. Use the opportunities in class to challenge yourself to fall and maybe you will prove yourself wrong! And who cares if you fall? At least you fell TRYING. By the way, I’m not talking about falling when you run of course, but if you do, you will be more prepared for it if you are challenging yourself daily.
