Would you believe that the average mind sparks 12,000 thoughts per day, and an even more active mind can hit upwards of 50,000?! Clearly odds are that once in a while we will have a negative thought. We are streaming thoughts constantly every 1-7 seconds, so let yours flow in a positive direction. When negative thoughts come in realize that you have a choice whether to honor them or let them float away. Truly loving our “daily toils” makes life magical and we inherently become more positve. If we can love what we do day to day it’s not work, its just us! Wishing you all health and meraki!
