I freaking LOVE July. Not only is it my birthday this month (insert LEO joke), its SUMMER, which gives us all copious outdoor hours of sunshine to basque in. This month we shall revitalize our training as the sun revitalizes us. July in California is the perfect backdrop for another level of fitness joy. Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for the good stuff.
