I would like to add G to that acranim and make it AMGRAP –  As Many GREAT Rounds As possible.  Keep your center today – in your body, in your mind. Do your best at each set and you will get the most from the time spent. Be who you deserve to be, be your own example. You’ve earned it, now turn it!

8 minute AMGRAP

4 Thrusters

4 Man Maker Push Ups

4 V Ups

4 Get ups

4 Walking Lunges with weight

 

100 M jog

 

Strength Set 3:

10 second plank drill:

6 rounds of heavily cued plank – 10 seconds work/10 rest.

 

Cardio Set 1:

10 minute AMGRAP

6 box jumps or 12 step up knee

6 cardio burpees

6 double unders or 24 skips

6 Skaters

6 Mountain Climbers

6 Jumping Jacks

1 shuttle run (use width of court)

 

 

Cardio Set 2:

10 Hill runs
