Do 10 squats, move around and stretch for 1 minute every 10 minutes! If you can’t do every 10 do at least once per hour! Get your day started right and your head in the game with a morning exercise routine. Whether its GUMSABA or another program you love, its important for your mental and physical well being to dedicate time to yourself and MOVE!
