Write down your mantra in your challenge log. This is a “simple” phrase that basically describes what you’re all about.
NOW HERE’S THE CHALLENGE:
Time your low plank while you speak your mantra aloud. The bracing we have talked about in class will apply, you should feel intense core engagement while you do this drill.
You need to finish 5 minutes of the mantra plank total by the end of this week to complete this challenge. (next Sunday 12/23).
The Gumsaba mantra is FITNESS LIFE COMPASSION RESPECT – feel free to borrow it of course.
