If left to my devices, I would drink wine with most meals. Growing up in a family that celebrated everything, it’s pretty much part of my DNA. A good glass of wine can easily lead to 3, so for the challenge, I’m cutting out this calorically loaded treat, and opting for an evening spritzer or Non Alcoholic drink instead. Attached are a couple recipes as well as some of my favorite NA options at the bottom of the post.
Black Cherry Grape Refresher
1/8c Organic Tart Black Cherry Juice + 1/8c purple grape juice poured over ice
Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water & top with juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 c pineapple juice, 1T orange or mango juice poured over ice
Fill remainder of glass with sparking water & top with juice of 1/2 lime
Lemon Lime OJ
Juice ½ meyer lemon, 1 lime, 1T orange juice & pour over ice
Fill remainder of glass with sparking water

Pretty good N/A wines: Cab by Be well, Chard by St Regis
Other go to drinks: Synergy Guava Kombucha, Zevia.
