What is love? There are many definitions of it, many ways to show it. It can be used heavily or lightly, and is often confused with other emotions, like desire. When you think about what you love to do, or who you love, it changes how you feel. It brings out the light within us. Your task for today – make a list of the things you love and write it in your fitness journal. Separate love from desire – priority from habit – need from want – appreciation from possession and you will have a clean list of what love is in your life. It matters more than anything to you, so write it down think about it and focus your goals around what you love! This will help you get through the tough times you will face when reaching for your goal and make the good times more meaningful.
