We all answer to something. It is our choice to pick the things that make us better, or not. For example, logging your exercise in a journal can be a great way of being accountable – but showing the log to someone else is an entirely different level of accountability. If you struggle with sticking to a plan, then chances are likely that you need to be made more accountable. Who do you answer to? Boot Camp buddies will help you be accountable for exercise; ask you where you were, or if you plan to come to class tomorrow. From a simple text to a morning carpool, the buddy system works.
