We have some very inspiring ladies in our Camps that are working hard while pregnant. Though super strenuous workouts aren’t recommended, a daily hour of movement does a baby and a mommy good! Congratulations to Cherry and Phillip Quan on the arrival of their baby girl Devon this week! Cherry did boot camp until the last week of her pregnancy. We modified a few things to suit her needs and she listened to her body when it needed rest.
