Its raining again, and I can’t say Im upset about it! We go on a lot of hikes, and though I’m feeling ready for summer, the hills are already really dry. It will be great for our wildlife to get a little more rain before the hot and dry summer sets in!

Gumsaba DIY – Rainy Day Countdown!

Equipment: Jumprope, Band, Dumb Bells, Mat, 

Part 1: 10 Each

Shin Grabs – Calf Raises – Ankle Grabs – Sampson Stretch – Windmills – Toy Soldiers 400M Jog (if its raining hard, then have them do a 4 min tabata 20/10 8x of jumprope and skaters instead of run)

Part 2: 1XBand on thighs 

10e Side step 

10 Squats

10e Fire hydrants

10 Supermans

10 Lateral Leg Drops

Move band to Ankles

10 Supine Abduction

10e Side Lying Leg Raises 

Skip rope 100x with band on ankles – no slack.

Part 3: Countdowns – each round, count down!

Set 1: 20/15/10/5

Jump Squat  (mod squat calf raise)

Stiff Leg Deadlift (mod toy soldiers)

Push Ups 

Low Plank Body Saw
