If you have been off of your regular exercise routine be kind to yourself and ease back in. Slow it down, listen and apply the cues. Be totally focused on renewing your muscle memory. You will make great progress and be back at full pace in less time without any injury. Don’t worry about the pace that anyone else is keeping. Do your best to move your best, and allow the quality of the movement to flow and the quantity will naturally come!
