If you refuse to take rest days or hesitate to rest during class listen up! Rest from that interval, or for that matter from working out and from all the stress of life is good for your health. Obviously I am not talking about resting all your days away, but getting your rest time in is essential.

At workouts, rest when time is called and work as hard as you can during the interval. There are many benefits to taking time to rest down both in your workout and throughout your busy day.

Rest completely. Wind down without electronic devices like TVs, smartphones and computers so that you mind can take a break along with your body for a full scale, stress less recovery.
