It’s Saturday, and you love it! Don’t forget that Saturday Boot Camp is ongoing at Rudgear park at 8:30AM. If you want to bring a friend they can now sign the waiver on line.  They also need to fill out the sign up page. Their first class is free!

I thought i would share my perfect Saturday with you for some inspiration

7am wake up and drink a big glass of water. Meditate for 20 minutes

7:45am Drink a cup of green tea. Depending on how much you ate last night, have a 1/2 bananna if needed

8:30am Boot Camp workout

9:45am Smoothie…try mine!

1/2 cup coconut water, 4-6 strawberries, a carrot, a small zucchini, 1/2 cup frozen spinach, 3 chunks pineapple and 1T almond butter.

10:15am Ride bikes to Danville Farmers Market

11:30am Play ball with Rose and Molly,

12:30pm Make and eat a Vegan BLT

2:00pm Crack open a good book

3:00pm  Check on the garden

4:30pm Gentle Yoga or hike depending on how the body feels.

6:00pm Cook a clean meal of Roasted Veggies and Quinoa with almond slivers

7:00pm Eat that clean meal!

7:30pm Take an evening stroll

8:00pm Enjoy a camomile tea or some other calming tea

9:00pm Work mobility training

9:30pm Hot Shower!

10:00 Lights out.  Get rest for Tough Mudder training tomorrow. 🙂
