In case you were wondering, our Sunday theme here at Gumsaba is Sunday Stretch.  Stretching is just the tip of the iceberg, though.  We also explore how certain movements and poses help to strengthen our body, challenge our mind, tap into our energetic body (chakras) and uplift our spirit.  Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just want to get a little extra stretch on with your Sunday morning coffee, we hope you’ll find something that speaks to you and helps you connect more deeply with your body and your breath.
