Don’t you just love Thursdays! Even though I love the weekdays, the weekend is always a nice shift of focus. For those of you headed to Tahoe for Tough Mudder take it really easy today and tomorrow. Extra stretching, rolling, hydration and nutritious food are very important – more important that working out! If you do come to camp make sure to move slower than usual focus on form over everything! For those of you interested in joining our TM team next year we will be posting go pro videos, (thanks to Rob Liss getting 2 free for us!) and tons of photos on Sunday. Enjoy your workout today whether you do it at boot camp or on your own spend the time joyously, your body and your mind will thank you!
