Winter Teen Athletic Conditioning is off to a great start. We have a group of very serious Athletes who stand to benefit hugely from this program. Coach Allen Parco has designed 6 micro cycles that they will be training through to get them to their peak performance by 2/1. Cycle one will focus on muscular endurance and Aerobic training as you will see in the photos and videos. From here we will build up to far more difficult workouts.
