Hello Campers!

I did a version of this workout with my 35LB sandbag on Wednesday and IT WAS AWESOME. Been a while since i have panted that hard, or sweat that much. It truly brought out the devil inside and in the 3rd round I accomplished some shocking numbers, V crunches in the 30’s, Mountain climbers in the mid 100’s –  the kind of thing can only come from living clean and having a can do attitude! Try it yourself, but ALWAYS focus on your form first, that includes your breathing that we teach you in class!

All you need is an interval timer and a mat.

Set your timer for 30 rounds of 10 seconds work, 50 seconds rest and get ready to be FLOORED!

L Sit Up

Burpees

Navy Seal Sit up

Bobbing squat

v crunch R (shown on LT)

Korean Jumping Jack

v crunch L

Sumo Squat

Mtn Climbers

Jump Lunge

Repeat sequence 3 times for a total of 30 rounds.
