Let’s face it. Tomorrow is gonna burn. Get yourself psyched up for class with a great nights sleep and plenty of water. It is the first Monday of the year and many of you have been on vacation. Some of you are brand new to class. Listen to your body and above all, do the exercises CORRECTLY. Apply the cues your instructor is giving you and focus on your movement foremost. Tomorrow we load some muscles. You will be sore in all the right places if you do the work right. Finish each movement before starting the next. Do your best to move your best and you will have success!
