Created by a Navy Seal, TRX is a true make it work piece of equipment. If you think coming to Boot Camp is a task, try keeping in shape while hiding in the dessert of Iraq.
TRX was originally created with parachute webbing and a karate belt. The idea is to use our body weight as our resistance and depending on how close or far away from our anchor point we change the difficulty of the exercise. TRX training works for so many fitness levels because you can alter the difficulty so easily and it is great for people with injuries because for the same reason. Getting TRX down so that you can transition smoothly and easily takes practice, but its well worth it!

Set 4: Do 4 rounds of the exercise in a row switching sides each round, R L R L then switch with partner
Exercise 1: Standing Oblique
Exercise 2: Single Leg Dead lift
Short jog
Set 5: Do 4 rounds of the exercise in a row switching sides each round, R L R L then switch with partner
Exercise 1: Power Pull
Exercise 2: Side Bridge arm tuck & extension
Set 6: Do 3 rounds of the exercise in a row, then switch with partner
Exercise 1: Bicep Curl Y fly Combo
Exercise 2: Lunge with trunk Rotation
