Commit to a consistent fitness program and it will become a part of life you can’t live without. Move for 1 hour, 6-7 days a week to reap the most benefits for your effort. That can include hiking, biking, boot camp, running – whatever makes you feel the BEST! I like to do 3-4 hard workouts a week, and 2-3 low impact. If you don’t have time, guess what? None of us do. MAKE THE TIME. Your health should be your biggest priority – don’t take it for granted. Use it or lose it!

Chad and I spent the twilight hours last Saturday on a hike, it was magical. I celebrated with a few inversions; this is my attempt at scorpion, a major work in progress!
