Everyday we have a choice. We can either wake up in gratitude for this life and this physical body, and move in celebration of both. Or, we can find reasons (excuses) to succumb to self-doubt and let another day pass us by. When we choose the former, it’s not that we aren’t confronted with our toughest inner critic, but rather we triumph over all that nonsense and focus on our strengths instead. Today is a great day to make that choice, to see yourself as the strong, unstoppable person you are and sweat, move, and enjoy the journey as a result. So, here it is, your DIY workout. Go get em!
