These are the workouts our coaches recorded this week! Pick one you have not done and crack it out! Next week we move to our new schedule, which will evolve over time. We added a 1/2 hour stretch and relax on Thursdays at 5:30pm with Coach Kate. I hope to see you all on zoom this week.
Hang in there, it sucks, but it could be worse. And it might get worse. We just dont know. All we can do is play the hand we are dealt the best we know how, and im proud to be playing this game called life with all of you!
