Life is made great by perseverance and maximum effort. Even if we don’t perceive ourselves as successful, we only fail when we do not try. Greatness is not forged from an easy life. It isn’t hereditary, it can’t be handed down through generations. There is no easy path to it. Being great is something we choose fight for, to live and breathe for. It only comes to those who repeatedly reach beyond their perception of possible and into the realm of the scary, often terrifying unknown. It comes to those who make the sacrifices they must make to follow their dreams.  More often than not, greatness comes with many perceived failures. Great people don’t let failure get in the way of their path. They see it as a stepping stone, as a pillar in their strong foundation.  If we really want something, if we are passionate for our dream nothing will stop us but us.  We are the creator of our destiny. We need to cherish and appreciate that power and allow ourselves room to grow into our big dream.
