I hear it all the time outside of our classes from the masses…. “I hate running”. “I hate working out”. I never want our clients to utter those words! It is not necessary to hate the work out to have a great workout.  Hate is not good for your soul! Love is where its AT. At Gumsaba we really REALLY try to make you sweat with a smile. Though we do not grow and bloom when we are “comfortable”, we can still have a good attitude about being uncomfortable. Part of that is making drills fun for you and fun for the Coaches to run. We really want you to LOVE your workouts, even when you are super uncomfortable. That feeling will only come when you try your best, and when we try our hardest to make a workout that makes you sweat buckets with a smile.
