Most people spend a large percentage of their day sitting, so why would anyone go into a gym and sit on a machine? Standing work like TRX Suspension Training forces us to engage our core all the time, and helps us maintain a healthy posterior chain. This month at Gumsaba, we are combining circuit elements into our Suspension training. This may make some of you a little flustered at first, but don’t worry. Our goal is to get you focused about core function in class so that during the day when you are juggling all the craziness of life, your core works for YOU!
