Big changes don’t necessarily have to be the complex monsters we make them out to be. I would say most people spend far more energy playing with their problems than the energy they would spend just working a plan to change. Rather than just do the work, we often dwell on the problem, playing like a cat with a toy, only to have it swing back and smacks us in the face (while we act surprised of course!). 

From the moment we are born, we are forced to change against our will. We come out of the nice cozy womb kicking and screaming –  we have no choice but to make this very uncomfortable change. Maybe it is just in our nature to prefer forced change over voluntarily change! Whatever it is, making permanent change is possible with a little knowledge, time and effort. 

Fix the roof BEFORE it rains. Why wait until the New year to get in shape? Why wait to get lung cancer before you stop smoking, or stop eating sugar before your liver gives out?   I’m here to tell you it is time to start doing what you have been thinking about doing and stop toying around with it. Not tomorrow, but RIGHT NOW!

 Whether you want to change your job, your eating habits, you body or your mind, whatever; now is the time. The longer you put it of the harder the change will be to make.

Write it down your goal and start working on it – talk to me, talk to your Coach and we will point you in the right direction. We have the resources to help you hone your skills in life changing experiences. Focus on possibilities instead of limitations. Focus on opportunities instead of obstacles!
