Breathe consciously as you move. Take it ALL in, then let it ALL out. Breathe in the present (for better and for worse). Soak in all that is the moment and let go that which doesn’t make you more wonderful. Live this moment, this life one breath at a time. Act like that breath is all you need to be whole, to BE. Pretend that without your breath you don’t exist. Think about that. 🙂
