You will enjoy your freedom when this class is over! Its going to be close to 100 degrees all week, so an early workout is really important. Exercising in the heat is very hard on your body, make sure you are staying hydrated and hitting your workouts early. Late in the day ground level ozone is highest and that chemical cocktail is not something you want to drink much of! Be good to your lungs and workout early in the morning.
