I’m no expert, but one thing I know for sure is that everybody poops! We don’t talk about it much, but it can tell you a lot about your body. Hydration, diet, exercise and lifestyle all play a role in our regularity. Here are some tools to help you navigate this stinky subject since, thankfully, it’s not my area of expertise!
