Fall is here! Its time pack up all the summer 2015 memories and move on in to longer, cooler nights and shorter days… which can make early morning and evening workouts pretty dark. We have ample light at all locations, but it never hurts to have some of your own. Check out this review of headlamps if you are interested in buying one. Also make sure you are wearing layers. The sunrise often causes temperature drops at some locations so put on that jacket at the end of class/during stretching.
