Whether you have made it to class a whole lot this sumer or not, finish strong! Come to class tomorrow and close out this last full week of August with a feeling of elevated health and fitness. As the kids go back to school and the leaves start to change, don’t put aside your YOU TIME! Its easy to get swept away in the hustle and bustle of if all, but don’t forget… neglecting your health everything is just asking for everything to fall apart.

Make your commitment for September to workout 5 to 7 days per week. Not every workout should be hard. Here is an example of a fairly typical workout week for me to give you an idea of how to balance yours out. Remember, if you don’t have time all at once, sprinkle movement in throughout the day. Sunday: 1 Hour Strength Training + 30 minute walk with Marcus + 30 Minutes mobility

Monday: 30 Minute walk with Marcus. Ride Bike to and from 1.5 hour meditative vini yoga class (7.5 miles round trip)

Tuesday: Interval Running 3 miles with Marcus at 13-18 RPE (about 130-180 heart rate)  . Complete 3 sets of 10 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 10 Toes to Bar, 10 Box Jumps, 10 Step Ups, 10 Jump Lunges for time.  Stretch & Roll 10 Minutes.

Wednesday: 1 hour Strength Training + 1 hour walk with Marcus + 10 Minutes Static Stretching

Thursday: 1 hour power yoga class + 1 hour walk with Marcus

Friday: 7 mile hike with Marcus + lower body stretching

Saturday: 1.5 hour Power Yoga class + 1 Hour Walk with Marcus

Sunday: 1 Hour walk with Marcus + 30 Minutes mobility
