Workout 7/5/2010: The Happy Monday!
We set the timer for 4 minutes for each exercise below.
Work hard for 20 seconds and take 10 second rest. This equals 8 rounds of each exercise. We threw some running in for good measure. Dont rest at all, use the last 10 seconds of the round as the rest and get right into the next set.
4 minutes Push up (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 times)
4 minutes Air Squats (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 times)
600M run
4 minutes Walking Lunge (20 seconds work, 10 seconds HOLD LOW POINT 8 times)
4 minutes Kettle Bell (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 times)
600M Run
4 minutes Pull Up (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 times)
4 minutes Jump Rope (no rest)
600M Run
4 minutes Push Press (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 times)
4 minutes Knees to Elbows (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 times)
400 M walk cool down
