I’ve been a little sad for the past couple days, and allowing myself that space has given me the fresh outlook I have today. This is one of the reasons that I have never felt depressed for any length of time. I give myself the space to be pissed, act sad, and be emotionally disturbed if the need is calling. Hiding or masking emotions is something that everyone does. Controlling them, allowing them to soak in, using them to learn and grow from, this is what makes some of us different. This is where we can find balance and peace within ourselves and our lives.
Give yourself the space to be imperfect, and don’t forget to give it to others too. Have an awesome day Y’allz!
