The past months classes have been focused on getting movement patterns cleaned up and really engaging the muscles of the core. During these drills, its easy to go through the motions, but if you want to get the results I know you want, you really need to focus on the details. If that is what you have been doing you will feel it every drill.
We are going to be putting more weight back into the drills, so it is very important that you prepare your body correctly to keep it healthy and injury free. Make each movement count and the results will exceed your expectations!
