If you don’t have time to exercise then you need to make time before time runs out. Your health is your most valuable asset, so prioritize it. Employee health programs, like the one I teach at CytoSport, make it possible for busy people to fit in a well rounded exercise program. If your company offers one, do it! If not, or if you work for yourself, take a half hour during your lunch and move. Sitting is deadly, so get up and move your body to you will increase your longevity, improve your output and boost your mood!
